Experience & Qualifications
- 5-10 years of litigation experience
- Strong background in general liability defense, with an emphasis on:
- Auto liability
- Slip-and-fall / premises liability
- Workers' compensation defense
- Ability to independently manage a caseload
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and hearings
- Licensed to practice in Kentucky (or eligible for admission)
- Stable, well-supported litigation practice
- Autonomy with responsibility over files
- Collegial, professional work environment
