Position Highlights

- Handle a variety of General Liability matters including auto, premises liability, bodily injury, and negligence claims

- Trial experience is a plus, but not required

- 3-5 years of litigation experience preferred
- Experience handling General Liability, Insurance Defense, or related civil litigation matters
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

- Trial preparation and/or courtroom experience preferred
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
