The Opportunity Join a growing residential construction firm seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to take full ownership of day-to-day accounting operations. This is a key role supporting leadership with accurate financials and job cost visibility.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations)
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Handle job costing and track project financials
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Manage vendor payments, lien waivers, and subcontractor compliance
- Assist with budgeting and year-end close
- 5 years of bookkeeping experience (construction preferred)
- Strong knowledge of job costing and construction accounting
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Foundation, etc.)
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- High-impact role with full ownership of accounting
- Stable, growing residential builder
- Collaborative team with long-term opportunity
