Food Manufacturing Plant Manager

Experienced Feed Milling professional wanted! Our client is a regional feed manufacturer, and they are expanding to provide better service to their customers! The right person for this position will be able to lead a production team and oversee all of the day-to-day operations as well as the P&L and budgets. Position Requirements & Responsibilities

• 3 Years of Milling/Food Production experience; Manager or Supervisor role is highly desired
• Manager the day-to-day production, quality, safety, maintenance, grain procurement, and P&L
• Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
• Write and implement company SOPs
• B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science is preferred
• Must be able to relocate within a reasonable commute to the facility
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Base Salary between $85,000-$110,000
• Full Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
