Position Overview
This role blends estimating, project management, and client interaction, overseeing projects from bid through completion. You'll be responsible for schedule, profitability, and overall execution while working alongside a strong technical team.

What They're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, design, estimating, or project management
- Strong understanding of sprinkler systems, codes, and commercial construction
- Field or design background preferred (must understand the technical side of the work)
- NICET Water-Based Systems certification strongly preferred
- Ability to work onsite in the Madison area and travel within roughly one hour for projects
- Base Salary: $100K-$120K (depending on experience)
