- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Machinist, Millwright, or Industrial Service Technician.
- Technical Aptitude: A formal degree is not required. They value highly demonstrated technical ability, a strong curiosity to learn, and excellent blueprint reading skills.
- Core Skills: Solid, practical experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Communication: The ability to communicate professionally and build rapport with all levels of client personnel.
- Travel Flexibility: Ready to travel 3-5 days domestically, with the passport flexibility to handle international assignments lasting up to 4-6 weeks on rare occasions.
