Key Responsibilities
- Support daily field operations on active commercial construction projects
- Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change tracking
- Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Review plans, drawings, and specifications for project accuracy
- Conduct job site walks and assist with quality control efforts
- Track project progress and support schedule updates
- Assist with material coordination and delivery tracking
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and job site procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 0-5 years of experience in commercial construction, engineering, or project support roles
- Internship or field experience within construction preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced field environment
