Responsibilities Include
- Maintain and update all safety and quality compliance programs
- Lead internal and external audits
- Conduct plant and grounds inspections
- Manage corrective action processes
- Oversee QA Lab operations and staff training
- Coordinate OSHA reporting, hazard assessments, and safety initiatives
- Support ongoing training for new and existing employees
- Manage pest control and fire safety programs
- Background in quality, regulatory compliance, or safety management
- Experience in feed, food, agricultural, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong documentation, audit, and training skill
- Ability to lead cross-functional compliance programs
