What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team of 5 employees in a fast-paced mill environment.
- Oversee daily feed production and ensure efficiency, safety, and top-quality output.
- Develop and drive Preventative Maintenance and Production goals that keep things running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems - your hands-on expertise will shine here.
- Work closely with leadership to optimize performance and resource use.
- Experience in a feed mill, grain elevator, or related ag manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical or maintenance background - you know how to keep equipment running at its best.
- Leadership ability - capable of managing, training, and motivating a team.
- A safety-minded, organized, and proactive leader ready to take ownership of results.
