Qualifications
- 10 years of experience practicing family law
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience with high-asset clients strongly preferred, but not required
- Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, and property division
- Provide expert legal advice and develop effective case strategies tailored to each client's unique situation
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and court orders
- Conduct thorough legal research and remain up-to-date on current family law legislation and precedents
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court proceedings
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure comprehensive case management
