What You Will Do
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support.
- Manage and maintain a caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
- Conduct legal research, prepare documents, and negotiate settlements.
- Represent clients in family court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
- Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on case progress.
- 1-3 years of experience in family law
- Self-starter and a team player.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent Drafting skills.
