Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, mentor, and support a team of accounting staff.
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities.
- Provide tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Review staff-prepared tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality service.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- 2 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax.
- CPA license preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Salary: $75,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
