Responsibilities
- Analyze insurance policies and interpret coverage issues.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including discovery, mediation, and trial.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Provide strategic advice on claim handling and litigation strategy.
- Stay current on Arizona case law and statutory changes affecting insurance coverage.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Arizona State Bar in good standing.
- 3years of experience in insurance coverage litigation or defense minimum
- Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with both first-party and third-party coverage issues is preferred.
- Familiarity with Arizona Revised Statutes related to insurance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
