Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze drawings and specifications
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
- Develop budgets and conceptual estimates
- Work closely with project management and leadership throughout preconstruction
- Assist with value engineering and scope reviews
- 10 years of estimating experience preferred
- Diverse commercial project background required
- Open to high-performing 5 year estimators who can operate independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
- Proficiency with estimating software and construction technology
