- Diverse Commercial Projects
- Commercial construction estimating experience on projects up to $10M - Ground Up and Renovation
- Experience estimating retail, healthcare, restaurant, banking, or similar commercial projects
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and clients
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Procore experience is a plus

- Base Salary up to $140K-$150K (depending on experience and business development relationships)
