Estimator Responsibilities
- Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
- Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
- Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
- Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
- Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously
- 1 years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
- B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree is Strongly Preferred
- Effective communication, attention to detail, ability to analyze and organize data in a timely manner
- Top area compensation up to $130K!
