In search of an Estimator and/ or PM/ Estimator for a key client of mine near you. They are a top commercial site development client working with some of Denver's top tier GC's on impressive ground-up projects. They have an excellent reputation in the industry, extremely low turnover/ excellent retention, lots of long timers and are experiencing steady growth. Most of their work is local and they possess an excellent safety record.

Requirements Highlight
- Competitive pay and excellent benefits package
- Estimator with strong Commercial Site Development/ Earthwork background within Commercial Site Development experience.
- Estimating experience geared to Earthwork projects such as Excavation, Grading, Utilities, Foundations, or similar
- BS Degree in construction affiliated field
- Prior experience with Agtek, Bid2Win, Bluebeam, Word, Excel, Outlook, Dropbox or similar software
- Great written and verbal skills
- Must be well organized, self motivated, reliable, detail oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal & customer relations skills.
- Excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills necessary.
