Responsibilities
- Prepare customs documentation, ensuring shipments meet applicable lawas to facilitate import and export of goods
- Coordinate air and ocean shipments, determining accurate tariff classifications and duty value for entry submission
- Partner with the operations/account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and submit Importer Security Filings (ISF)
- Follow all domestic and international shipping regulations and daily correspondeence with international offices
- Invoice clients/overseas agents/vendors
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- 2 plus years of industry experience, ideally as an entry writer
- High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
- Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
- Ability to work onsite
