As a constuction recruiter on our team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
- Assist clients in filling urgent job positions
- Identify qualified candidates and connect them with clients for placements
- Utilize our recruiting tools and materials effectively
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and prepare them for the interview
- Negotiate job offers with candidates on behalf of clients
- Conduct reference checks on candidates
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive approach in sourcing clients and candidates through high outbound call activity
- Comfortable building relationships over the phone
- Strong ethical values and integrity
- Effective negotiation skills
- While a degree is preferred, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.

Salary : $35,000 - $600,000
