Gpac is partnered with a client in Mishawaka, IN seeking a Nutritionist to support nutritional analysis, formulation development, and quality initiatives within their pet food manufacturing operations.
This role will work cross-functionally with quality, production, and procurement teams to ensure pet food formulations meet nutritional standards, regulatory requirements, and product performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with nutritional analysis and evaluation of feed ingredients and pet food formulations - Support development of new pet food products and balanced formulations - Conduct research on ingredient innovations and nutritional trends within the pet food industry - Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with nutritional standards and regulatory requirements - Prepare technical nutritional documentation and support internal reporting needs - Provide nutritional information and technical support to internal teams when needed - Maintain accurate records of formulation data and research findings - Collaborate with production and quality teams to support product performance and improvement initiatives - Participate in field visits, trials, and product evaluations as required
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Food Science, or related field
- Master's degree in similar
- 3-5 years of experience in a nutritionist or formulation role
- Foundational understanding of animal nutrition and feed formulation principles
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain detailed documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skill
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
