Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues
- Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding employment law matters
- Assist with client consultations and negotiations
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
- 4-7 years of experience practicing employment law
- Experience handling matters involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and employment agreements
- Class action and PAGA experience is a strong plus
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
