- 2 years of practicing labor & employment law in California
- Experience with PAGA, wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, employer counseling, wrongful termination, and class actions
- Licensed to practice law in California
- ABA-accredited law school preferred but not necessary
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can be remote with some periodic required travel within the state of CA
- Billable requirement under 1750, bonuses based on additional hours
