Background
- 4 years of experience with providing guidance on employee benefit plan issues arising under ERISA
- Familiarity with multiemployer benefit plans in many industries
- Understand applicable laws and regulations to navigate the rules for employee benefit plans
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Quality academic background
- Admitted in DC or able to waive in
- Bonuses based on billing targets and overall performance
- Hybrid schedule in office 3 days after initial period
