Drywall Estimator

gpac, a 30 year recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the construction industry. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are experienced in estimating commercial drywall projects.

Position Responsibilities:- Estimate materials, labor, and costs for commercial drywall projects- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure accurate estimates- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to create detailed estimates- Evaluate subcontractor bids and make recommendations for project bids- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors

Position Essential Job Functions:- Strong knowledge of commercial drywall construction practices and materials- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Position Skills:- 2-5 years of experience estimating commercial drywall projects- Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000- Locally owned company with full benefits package
