Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and leadership to project managers and project teams across heavy civil construction projects
- Establish and enforce consistent project management standards, processes, and best practices
- Partner with estimating, field operations, and executive leadership to support project planning and execution
- Monitor project performance, schedules, budgets, risk, and profitability
- Support staffing, mentoring, and professional development of project management personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations
- Assist with forecasting, workload planning, and operational strategy
- 15 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with significant project management leadership experience
- Strong background managing projects involving earthwork, utilities, concrete, site development, or related civil scopes
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Strong financial, scheduling, and risk management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

Salary : $160,000 - $225,000
