Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Maintain survey readiness and support quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with policy development and implementation
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and ensure standards of care are met
Qualifications
- Active RN license required
- Previous leadership experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant DON, or Nurse Manager preferred
- Strong knowledge of long-term care/skilled nursing regulations and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Passion for providing exceptional resident and patient care
