We are seeking an experienced SNF LEADER to lead clinical operations within a rehabilitation-focused skilled nursing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on nursing leader who thrives in operational leadership, staff development, and quality-driven care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead all nursing staff within the facility
- Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies and procedures
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and continued employment of nursing personnel
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and ongoing clinical competency of nursing staff
- Address and manage nursing staff conduct and performance issues
- Maintain awareness and oversight of clinical incidents and operational concerns
- Assess and support the health and care needs of residents in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Current State RN license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on supervisory or nursing leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage nursing teams
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and leadership presence
