Work directly with clients, architects, and construction teams on multi-million-dollar homes across Kiawah, Seabrook, Hilton Head, Palmetto Bluff, Bluffton, Beaufort, and Johns Island.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-service interior design: build selections, finishes, furniture, art, window treatments, and accessories
- Coordinate with architects, construction teams, and sales staff
- Manage 4-8 high-end residential projects simultaneously
- Travel between locations for client meetings and site visits
- Sell and execute design packages with uncapped commission potential
- 5 years of interior design experience, preferably with construction knowledge
- Proven experience on $1M high-end residential projects
- Strong technical skills: CAD, Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D rendering
- Portfolio required
- Personable, professional, humble, and client-focused
- Ability to work well in a team, take feedback, and manage multiple projects
- Local to SC with willingness to travel
- Work on luxury projects from concept to completion

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
