Qualifications
- In good standing with state bar
- 1 years of experience
- The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit and seek the rewards and benefits of growing their practice within the firm.
- Attorneys need to be willing to litigate and practice in a number of the firm's practice areas, including insurance defense, probate litigation, and business litigation.
- Attorneys should be prepared to engage in insurance defense and other civil litigation and have the ability to handle all aspects of the litigation process.
- Attorneys should have experience with development of case strategy, legal research, preparation of responsive pleadings, briefs and memoranda, and communicating with clients regarding legal strategies and courses of action.
- Attorneys must have experience preparing cases by gathering evidence, preparing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and attending court hearings and mediation.
- Insurance litigation and trial experience is a plus.
