Responsibilities
- Advise clients on state, federal, and international privacy requirements
- Draft and negotiate data privacy, technology, and commercial agreements
- Counsel clients on product development, data use, and privacy compliance
- Support corporate transactions involving privacy and data-security issues
- Assist with incident response and breach preparedness
- Develop practical, business-minded solutions for emerging privacy issues
- 4 years of meaningful data privacy experience
- Active Colorado law license
- Strong drafting, counseling, and client-management skills
- Experience advising technology, SaaS, life sciences, or other growth-oriented businesses is preferred
- Ability to manage matters independently and communicate practical legal guidance
