- Develop and grow sales of feed ingredients throughout the dairy market
- Leverage existing relationships while building new partnerships with producers, feed mills, and industry influencers
- Serve as a trusted resource to customers by understanding their needs and providing value-driven solutions
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to long-term growth strategy
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, meetings, and trade shows
- Established relationships and a strong network within the dairy and feed industry
- Proven track record of success in dairy sales, feed ingredients, or related ag business
- Passion for sales, relationship-building, and closing deals
- High level of self-motivation, accountability, and professionalism
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the state
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
- Bonus: Up to 20% performance-based bonus potential
