Key Responsibilities
- Prepare credit analysis, underwriting, and loan presentations for commercial borrowers.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, tax returns, and credit history.
- Assist lenders with new loan requests, renewals, and portfolio management.
- Monitor existing credits and identify potential risk or credit concerns.
- Prepare financial spreads and maintain accurate credit documentation.
- Work closely with lenders and credit leadership to support sound lending decisions.
- 2-4 years of banking or commercial credit analysis experience.
- Strong understanding of financial statement and cash-flow analysis.
- Experience with commercial and/or commercial real estate lending preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field preferred.
