- Underwrite and analyze complex C&I and CRE credits
- Strong focus on cash flow analysis, risk assessment, and structuring
- Prepare and present credit memos and loan recommendations
- Direct exposure to loan committee and senior leadership
- High-visibility role with impact on portfolio quality and decisions
- Collaborative environment with lenders and credit leadership
- Emphasis on credit quality, not just production pressure
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Comfortable with $6MM and up loans
