Compensation & Growth Potential
- Base salary: $250,000 guaranteed
- Productivity-based bonuses - realistic total earnings $500,000-$600,000 annually
- Partnership track with long-term equity potential
- No insurance hassles - focus entirely on patient care
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of AACS-accredited Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship or accredited Plastic Surgery Residency (cosmetic fellowship preferred)
- Board-certified or board-eligible in: ABCS, ABFCS, or ABPS
- Strong surgical skillset with commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience managing pre-, intra-, and post-operative care
