- Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills
- Experience handling sophisticated business transactions
- Strong tax background preferred, including an LL.M. in Taxation, prior tax law practice, or experience with a major CPA/public accounting firm
- Excellent analytical, writing, and client communication skills
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
