- 4 years of experience handling:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- General corporate and transactional matters
- Additional experience is a plus in any of the following:
- Private placements
- Operating and shareholder agreements
- Succession planning
- Tax-related matters
- Financing transactions
- Real estate acquisitions and leasing
- Licensing and intellectual property
- General contract drafting and negotiation
- Pennsylvania Bar admission required
- New Jersey Bar admission preferred
