This Project Manager will drive project success from start to finish while maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise contents restoration projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion while adhering to safety standards and industry best practices
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage assigning tasks related to cleaning, packing out contents, mold remediation, and packing/unpacking for residential or commercial properties
- Oversee the proper handling of contents including cleaning, packing, storage, and transportation with attention to detail and care
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and adjust plans as needed to meet client expectations
- Ensure all work complies with health regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including logs of contents handled, cleaning procedures performed, and incident reports
