JUST IN BIG NEED!! Minneapolis / St. Paul area commercial general contractor is looking for their next Superintendent within commercial large-scale construction and renovations in the area. Amazing company to work with that has excellent growth opportunities in the local Twin Cities area. Projects focus on Mission Critical, Office, Retail, Healthcare, Education, Commercial (large projects)!

Qualifications For Superintendent

New Construction / large scale renovation projects

5 years experience in commercial construction as acting Lead / Superintendent

Ability to track subcontractors' progress on the job, maintain the project schedule and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specification

Responsible for quality control and safety of project with demonstratable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently

Ability to foster positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, colleagues and clients

Large project experience a plus, $20m

Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs

Knowledge Of Carpentry Or Previous Experience Preferred

Technology, data centers, healthcare, retail, office, multifamily and commercial experience is all preferred!
