Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and procurement efforts
- Oversee subcontractor negotiations and contract administration
- Drive project safety, quality, and financial performance
- Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to execute project plans
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and consultants
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Lead project meetings and provide executive-level reporting
- 5 years of commercial construction project management experience for PM level
- 10 years of commercial construction project management experience for Senior PM level
- Experience managing ground-up commercial projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
