This is a fully onsite position - no remote or hybrid work. The company generates approximately $30M in annual revenue.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Manage WIP reporting, job costing, and project financials
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
- Monitor job profitability, costs, and cash flow
- Work closely with Project Managers and ownership
- Manage month-end and year-end close
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate construction accounting records and reporting
- Improve accounting processes and internal controls
- 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within construction
- Must have construction contracting experience
- Must have hands-on Foundation Software experience
- Strong WIP and job-costing experience required
- Experience with construction financial reporting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate directly with ownership and operations

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
