Concrete Estimator

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare cost estimates for commercial concrete construction projects such for vertical builds such as hospitals, office buildings, schoots, etc. The estimator will review project plans, gather pricing, and develop accurate bids to support winning contracts. Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans and specifications
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing
• Work with project managers and engineers to develop bids
• Maintain estimating databases and documentation
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience estimating commercial concrete projects preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Good communication skills and team collaboration
