Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex litigation matters through all phases of litigation.
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery requests and responses, and appellate briefs as needed.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
- Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony.
- Manage all aspects of written discovery, document review, and production.
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
- Prepare cases for trial, including expert coordination and trial strategy.
- Maintain regular communication with clients while managing multiple active matters.
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on sophisticated litigation matters.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school preferred.
- Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.
- 4 years of complex civil litigation experience.
- Experience handling matters through all phases of litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience taking and defending depositions.
- Trial preparation experience is preferred.
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while working collaboratively with a team.

Salary : $165,000 - $225,000
