Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute complex litigation matters from inception through trial.
- Lead trial preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other necessary filings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Take and defend depositions, engage in settlement negotiations, and argue motions in court.
- Develop case strategies, collaborate with colleagues, and oversee junior attorneys and support staff.
- Represent clients in pre-trial and trial proceedings, including strategy development and client counseling.
- Maintain a high level of client communication and provide sound legal advice to clients on complex issues.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and case law to provide optimal client service.
- 2 years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on complex litigation and trial preparation.
- Proven experience in managing and preparing cases for trial.
- Direct trial experience a plus.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active licensed with CA Bar.

Salary : $140,000 - $200,000
