We're looking for a Commercial Roofing Sales Manager to lead, grow, and elevate a high-performing roofing operation. This is not a maintenance role-this is a build, scale, and WIN role.
What You'll Own as a Commercial Roofing Sales Manager
- Lead & Scale Revenue: Drive top-line growth across commercial roofing (reroof, service, maintenance, CapEx)
- Own the Numbers: Full P&L responsibility-revenue, GP%, EBITDA, backlog, billing
- Build a Sales Machine: Develop and mentor sales reps, estimators, and project teams
- Client Domination: Strengthen relationships with property managers, owners, and national accounts
- Operational Alignment: Partner with production to ensure jobs are profitable, on-time, and high quality
- Market Expansion: Identify and close new commercial roofing opportunities
- Process Optimization: Improve estimating, sales cycles, and operational workflows
- Satellite Oversight: Ensure consistency across multiple territories
- 10 years leadership experience (branch, division, or regional)
- Proven success as a Commercial Roofing Sales Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong background in commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, coatings)
- Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and manage $50M operations
- Deep understanding of P&L, margins, and production alignment
- Experience leading sales teams project managers field operations
- Hunter leader mindset-you can sell AND scale
- Tech-savvy (CRM, estimating tools, Microsoft Office)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- You're not inheriting-you're building and scaling
- Leadership has growth capital vision
- You'll have the autonomy to run this like your own business
- Clear path to executive-level leadership

- Bonus:
