The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and project financials
- Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, and management
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and support staff
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven experience with ground-up projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and documentation
- Proficiency in software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
