Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loan relationships, identifying new business opportunities within the local market
- Analyze financial statements, credit histories, and cash flow projections to structure sound commercial lending solutions
- Collaborate with underwriting and credit teams to ensure loans are structured appropriately and comply with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners, community organizations, and centers of influence to drive referrals and community engagement
