What You'll Do
- Build and manage a high-quality portfolio of commercial loans
- Identify new business opportunities through strategic calling and community involvement
- Analyze credit and financials to structure sound, competitive loan packages
- Maintain portfolio profitability, credit quality, and compliance benchmarks
- Collaborate with credit analysts, loan support staff, and senior management
- 5 years of commercial lending experience within a community bank
- Strong understanding of credit, financial statements, and business lending structures
- Established relationships or market knowledge in Callaway County or central Missouri
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and business development skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
- Long-tenured, supportive team with a family-oriented, community-first culture

Salary : $40,000 - $150,000
