What You'll Do
- Build and manage a high-quality portfolio of commercial loans
- Identify new business opportunities through relationship-driven calling and community involvement
- Analyze credit and financial statements to structure sound, competitive loan packages
- Maintain portfolio profitability, credit quality, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with credit analysts, loan assistants, and senior management to deliver top-tier service
- 5 years of experience in commercial lending within a community or regional bank
- Strong understanding of credit, financial analysis, and business lending structures
- Existing relationships or strong market knowledge in the Springfield/Ozarks business community
- Excellent communication, business development, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
