What You'll Do
- Build and manage a high-quality portfolio of commercial loans
- Identify new business opportunities through strategic calling and community engagement
- Analyze credit and financials to structure sound loan packages
- Maintain portfolio profitability, credit quality, and compliance benchmarks
- Collaborate with credit analysts, support staff, and senior management
- 5 years of experience in commercial lending at a community bank
- Deep understanding of credit, financial statements, and business lending structures
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
