What You'll Bring
- 4 years of commercial litigation experience
- Active Washington State Bar membership
- Experience handling complex civil and business disputes
- Strong experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategy
- Ability to draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation materials
- Experience preparing for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
- Experience practicing in state and federal courts preferred
- Hybrid schedule in Seattle
