What You'll Do
- Strategic Advocacy: Draft and argue complex law and motion matters; craft compelling briefs that win cases.
- Discovery & Fact Finding: Manage the full discovery process and take/defend depositions with confidence.
- Alternative Dispute Resolution: Represent clients effectively in mediations and settlement negotiations.
- Trial & Appellate Work: Take a seat at the table with second-chair trial experience and contribute to appellate strategy and briefing.
- Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, actionable legal counsel.
- Experience: 4 years of experience in commercial litigation (Law firm setting preferred).
- Skills: Proven track record in brief writing, taking depositions, and trial preparation.
- Credentials: JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
- Attributes: Exceptional analytical skills, a competitive spirit, and the ability to manage multiple complex files simultaneously.
