Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service complex Commercial P&C accounts.
- Work directly with clients and insurance carriers to address coverage needs and account requirements.
- Contribute to account strategy, renewal planning, and client relationship management.
- Apply strong technical insurance knowledge to account needs and coverage considerations.
- Coordinate with internal team members to support effective account management and client service.
- Take ownership of account responsibilities and help alleviate workload across the existing team.
- Significant experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
- Strong technical understanding of commercial coverage and complex account needs.
- Experience working directly with clients and carriers.
- Ability to contribute to account strategy and manage responsibilities with minimal ramp-up time.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Salary and commission structure based on experience.
